Capitalize Project
CAPITALISE is an EU funded Horizon 2020 project. Combining science and innovation to improve photosynthesis for higher yielding crops
GAIN4CROPS Project
The EC-funded project GAIN4CROPS is developing novel disruptive technologies to overcome one of the main constraints on photosynthetic efficiency: photorespiration, a process that reduces CO2 assimilation efficiency, and thus biomass yield and agricultural productivity.
CropBooster-P Project
The CropBooster-P Consortium brings together some of Europe’s most prestigious plant science institutions and stakeholder organizations who jointly will develop the blueprints for the crop varieties of the future. They will do this by mapping and assessing current and future strategies, methods and technologies for crop improvement. Also, the consortium will develop a Roadmap for the introduction of these new crop varieties in current agricultural practice by aligning the development of these crops with the needs, concerns, wishes and expectations of society.
Ripe Project
Realizing Increased Photosynthetic Efficiency (RIPE) is an international research project that is engineering crops to be more productive by improving photosynthesis, the natural process all plants use to convert sunlight into energy and yields.
